18y/o, moved in with father, dropped out of college, works 30 hrs, refuses no help from me or father, is he emancipated and what happens to child support. I still have daughter, 14 y/o

Without reading your separation agreement, I cannot be sure of what the terms of the child support are. However, once a child reacheds 18 and is no longer a full-time student the spouse is no longer required to pay child support for that child.

However, the amount of child support has to be consistent with court guidelines for 1 child age 14 years of age.

Under the new guidelines, there's broad discretion for the judge on the issue of child support for 18-yr old plus. But with no schooling and 30 hrs of work, that's closer to emancipation than a child support order.
