my boyfriend who is still married but seperated is going to cosign a mortgage for me can we put the house in a trust so it is not included when he files for a divorce

I am going to assume the home is going to be in your name and your boyfriend is only going to act as a co-signor for you. If that is the case the property would not be part of his assets.

If this is not the case, then that could be a problem. However, trying to hide the transaction would not be smart and could create more problems than it solves.
