Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Hello I have the following case. I got married in 2006, South Carolina for a man from a foreign country. He claimed to be marrying for love but, in fact, later I found out the he marrying me to avoid deportation. We got separated in 2007, and later same year he left the country. Now I'm living in Boston area, Massachusetts, and I'm wondering how long will take the annulment process's and how much would it cost?
