Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

What are the chances my ex can get child support terminated? My ex is taking me to court to get child support canceled he has seen out daughter in two years. I have custody. Also he does not help pay anything else per our agreement. He was found guilty of contempt of court for not taking our daughter. Also he is paying less than what he should be paying. What are the chances he will get it terminated??

unless there's been a "material change in circumstance" that warrants termination, he won't get it.

You have described no legally valid reason upon which the court would end support. The only basis is emancipation.

In addition, you should be filing contempt action for all arrears.
