Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Custody

My second son's father constantly accuses my oldest son of being sexually inappropriate with my 6 year old. He has recently started again and refuses to let my 6 year old come to my house. Both of the boys had a sane evaluation through DCF and the DA's office and the case was closed unsupported. My oldest has been in counseling for a 1 1/2 years and his counselor also says he shows no signs what so ever of sexual abuse and anything my 6 year old has done did not come from him. No matter what anyone says the father and his family don't agree and continue to make accusations. What can I do to stop him from doing this all the time? He is destroying the kids.

Re: Custody

It is not clear who lives with whom. It is at best difficult to answer this question without knowing this. However, it seems to me that you need a court's assistance to get this worked out.

THis type of behavior is destructive, and you should consider filing some action in court to deal with this type of destructive behavior.
