Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

find ex spouse for college admissions

I am looking for my ex. This is in regard to sending daughter to college, a non custodial statement is required. I do not know where ex lives. I have not had communication with him for 8 years. Support has been provided through a third party. I have a very limited income should I pursue a legal search? Is this needed? Will this affect a talented students admission?

You can request this service by contacting the Massachusetts Child Support Enforcement Division of the Department of Revenue. You can find them at http://www.cse.state.ma.us/. You will need to fill out a request for services form.
