Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

I live 80 miles from my son and his Mother isn't willing to drive him half way. She wants me to drive to her house and stay there with our son so she can supervise the visit. I pay child support. What are my rights?

Your rights are whatever is in a court order and if there is no order, you would have to go to court to establish one. At that point, transportation would be addressed.
