Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

I am a man living in MA. I have a divorce agreement with my es-wife stating that she provides my health insurance for the next 2 years. It has now been about 10 months and she is getting re-married in 2 months. She says this nullifies the divorce agreement, thus she is no longer responsible for my health insurance and has arranged to have me removed by her employer. Is she correct? Is our legal divorce agreement as far as health insurance is concerned null and void because she is remarrying?

It depends on the exact language of the agreement. Usually, insurance coverage provisions include language "so long as he/she is eligible for coverage." You'd have to show an attorney the language to get an accurate assessment.
