Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

married 13 years, moved out 3 and a half years ago because his 3 daughters came here from another country. long story. we still were together as a married couple but just lived apart. i would like to move back in together now but he doesnt. i wanted to know that since i am willing and want to be together and am on the verge of divorcing him because of this, would it be possible to get an annulment instead because he doesnt want us to physically live together?
