Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

I am planning on filing for divorce from my wife of less than two years. The house we live in was purchased by me prior to the marriage. The property and mortgage are in my name only. What claim or rights does she have to the property?

Although the house is technically considered marital property, because everything owned by either one of you or both is in the "marital pot", and she may argue that she should get half of any increase in equity during the marriage, in such a short term marriage, it will be difficult for her to get anything.
