How do I protect myself in a divorce, no job, no money, husband wants to throw me out, where do I go for help?

You can file for a temporary order of alimony, which you may be able to continue receiving beyond divorce. You should get a consultation with a divorce lawyer immediately.

Contact Boston Legal Services as I believe they can assist you. If they cannot, get a divorce attorney ASAP to assist you. He can file for temporary alimony as well as to have your husband pay your legal fees. You do not say how long you have been married or if you have children. Both will impact your alimony.
