Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Separation/spouse interfering with business

A couple runs a business out of their home. He is responsible for 75% of the daily operations; she also handles a portion of the work. They decide to separate (neither wants to file for divorce at this time.) He takes the business with him; she keeps doing her portion of the work. She threatens to interfere with business intending to destroy it. Would he be able to get an order stopping her from doing this?

He needs to file an action to get an order. The most logical action would be a divorce action. A separate support action is also a possibility. He should obtain an attorney's advice an assistance, because this is already getting ugly.

Retain an attorney to bring an action for intentional interference with contractual relations. Good Luck!
