Spouse engages in random sex, custody issue?
Have discovered my spouse engages in random sex, sex with multiple partners, and other variations. Could this be used to obtain custody of minor children?

Sexual activities that are done away from the children do not affect the children. Without affecting the children, they should not be considered in a custody battle.

As stated, the issue is the "best interest of the chilfren: (1) whether the children are directly or indirectly affected, and (2) is there the type of material damage that would pose a risk of harm to them, emotionally or physically/
