Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts

court records lookup liens judgments

How do I find out if the builder we paid

$17000 to and who has done nothing has

been sued before. I would be interested in

hiring the attorney.

You could try looking up the site for the Attorney General under consumer information to see if any complaints have been filed. You should also contact the consumer regulator/attorney general in your community and file a complaint.

The news stations have also ran specials regarding this very issue (contractors scamming home owners), you may want to contact them.

Good luck! Sincerely, Maria Murber

Re: court records lookup liens judgments?

There are some data bases that tell us if a person has been sued. This could be an action individually or in whatever entity they used.

If you want, please contact me.
