Must I give a copy of the information I am giving to a Judge if I am a defendant in a credit card civil trial to the Plaintiff ?

You don't explain specifically what you mean, but I am hard pressed to think of any situation in which you would not be required to provide the plaintiff with a copy of the same document(s) you are giving the judge.
