Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts

Hi,

My X-Girlfriend and I were together for 4 years and have a child together. While we were together we re-financed my families house ( In her name ). The house has been in my family for 40 years and I have paid 100K off on it in the last year and have 39K left on it. She is now trying to sell it as her own. I have all the receipts, and checks that I have been payin g it all along. Can I file some kind of injunction to prevent her from doing this and steeling my house- Please Help!!

Hi,

It is possible, call or email me directly to discuss further. Is the house under agreement?
