we just paid our rent today and the landlord told us today we are getiing evicted tomorrow is that legal?

You would need to provide information on the type of tenancy (e.g., tenant at will, tenant with a one-year lease, etc.), and the reason why the landlord is trying to evict you (e.g., nonpayment of rent, violation of the lease, termination of tenancy at will) before anyone could give you a detailed answer to your question. As to whether you can be "evicted tomorrow," the eviction process cannot normally be done that quickly.
