Re: immigration

The Consulate will presume that your family members intend to overstay their visitor visa in order to obtain a green card. Your family should bring documentation to their visa interview to show the Consulate that they have deep ties to Brazil and that they do in fact intend to return. Deeds showing property ownership, employment letters, etc. You should also bring a wedding invitation and birth certificates; also proof of your immigration status would be helpful. If you need further assistance, please contact me. Good luck, Josh
