Legal Question in Immigration Law in Massachusetts

Hi my name is Scott Donnelly, my wife and I were heading for a divorce and I was sponsoring her for citizenship. During the process of us starting the divorce proceedings I revoked sponsorship of her. My wife and I recently reconciled, so now I am wondering would I be able to responsor her and what would the cost of trying to sponsor her be.

You can re-petition for your wife, but when you do you will have to be clear as to why you revoked the prior petition. An immigration attorney should help you with this process. Every attorney has their own set of legal fees but the USCIS filing fees can be found on www.uscis.gov. Please feel free to contact me for a consultation.
