Different standard

From the facts mentioned by you it can be that there is a different standard to determine disability in the state, this is common. You should know that some Social Security claims are dennied just to comply with certain goal of the agency, but those are overturn in appeal. There are lawyers and organizations that provide free legal assistance; call your local bar association, or legal service corporation.Good luck.
