Legal Question in Insurance Law in Massachusetts

I am a surviving brother and am I entitled to my brothers property,personal damage when he was covered with his insurance co. Everything was destroyed when he passed.He lived in Va. Passed away in September. I was suppose to get claim forms.

Please accept my condolences. Someone will need to probate your brother's estate, most likely in Virginia. If your brother owned any real estate here in Massachusetts, then a special probate will also need to be opened here.
