Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Massachusetts

I have alot of music on my computer right now and i would like to store it on a website such as Windows live Skydrive so i loosen up space on my computer,

My Question is if my account on a website that is storing my music files is hacked or comprimised and the hacker is able to gain unathorized access to my account, If the hacker that hacked my music storage account steals the music from my account and starts givin the music, Could i be sued or be held accountable by the owners of the music for the music bein stolen from my storage account even though my account had the music was hacked?

Is their any action that i could take against a hacker if they hack my account that i have on a certain website?

Not worth the trouble to get into legal activity with companies like that. Too expensive and not worth the time, buy a portable hard drive and store your music there in addition to the web site.
