Harrassment/Hostile work environment

Would like to file a claim for pain and suffering.

When does the statue of limitations run out for such claims.

employed by a company( after internal investigation was found to have created a hostile work environment for and among its employees.) The labor commission also found that unfair labor practices were in order.

Claims for sexual harassment must be filed with the M.C.A.D. within 6 months, or with the E.E.O.C. within 180 days, of the most recent incident of harassment.

Your fact pattern does not explain anything. To sustain a claim for harassment or for a hostile work environment, it must be based on certain qualifiers - such as race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or violation of public policy. Harassment - which is the result of bad management is not unlawful. You mention that the Labor Commission (I am assuming that it's the Labor Relations Commission) found unfair labor practices, but again, I need more facts to be able to properly assess your situation.
