Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts

uncollected commissions -multi state reps

Four of us, three from Ma. and one from Ct, had money ($300-$400) withheld from our final commissions when we left the same rep group. This money was withheld without verbal or written agreement. We would like to unite and try to collect this money. She has returned money to one other person (Ct) in the group who had a lawyer(friend) contact her and threaten a class action suit. The rep principal is located in Ct. Where would be the best location and what wouuld be the best method to reclaim our money?

I would follow example of your Ct co-worker. You can also contact the wage and hour administration at the Attorney General's office to see if law violated.
