Re: small claims court

If you went to hearing in Plymouth, see if the matter was dismissed with prejudice. If so, they can't bring it again.

If they file in small claims ask to have it removed to housing court as it is a claim arising out of a lease and do not agree to a voluntary dismissal unless it is dismissed with prejudice.

Good Luck

You may want to consider hiring an attorney. There may be a number of counterclaims worth bringing, and which would certainly discourage the landlord here from pursuing you.

Please contact me if you would like some assistance in this matter. I am located in Quincy.
