Is an employee voice mail private use only
Is it legal for a company to access the voice mail of the employees. Is there voice mail extension private use or does the company have the right to ask for the password and access there extension whenever they feel the right to do so. Thank you,

Courts have consistently held that employees have little to no expectation of privacy in the tools provided for their employment (ie. voicemail, e-mail, etc.) as they are not provided for "personal use."
