Legal Question in Personal Injury in Massachusetts

my 17yr old son had an accident at work, the manager took him to the hospital and sign responsability of the bill he had not pay, now the hospital is sending me the bill, I called the hospital and told them that I'm not responsible for the bill, I also called the manager and told him about the bill but he hasn't give me an answer. What else can I do.

The Employer has a legal requirement to report to WC. There should be a sign posted where your son works who his WC carrier is. Submit the bill to ER or the WC carrier. Good luck.
