Legal Question in Personal Injury in Massachusetts

What Claims Can Be Filed!

My son broke his arm when he fell on ice over a year ago. I hired a lawyer to handle his claim against the insurance company. He broke his arm and now has permanent damage to his arm.

What claims should be made to the insurance company? My lawyer has not told me even after requesting this information?

Re: What Claims Can Be Filed!

Your lawyer should answer any and all questions your put to him/her. You are the boss. Get another lawyer if not satisfied. That being said, falling on ice may or may not lead to recovery of money damages. No one may be liable if ice not there for long or if owner had no duty to remove. Your attorney should be able to describe the law to you
