If someone died prior to an arbitration for a motor vehicle personal injury claim does the claim become null?

No! Technically, the estate has the right to continue with an action for personal injuries. If the person died as a result of the incident in question, there would be additional claims for wrongful death, etc. Please feel free to contact my office if you have any questions. 617-357-4898.
