Who is Liable in Products Liability Case?

There are many potential defendants in this case. More info is required to fully review this case: e.g. there may be liability on a defective product (stove, pipes, Gas supplier, etc) the tenant may have liability and there is the seller, installer and manufacturer........As you can see, all potential defendants must be investigated to determine culpability, etc. If you would like a free initial consultation, please call this office @508-238-3166

What caused the burn on your feet? Was it the stove?

The unanswered question for me is: "Did the stove cause the burn to your feet? and if so, were you just standing in front of the stove, like an ordinary user would be expected to stand, or were you standing on the stove?"

If you were acting in an ordinary and usual way (for example, you didn't put your feet in the stove), then you may be able to recover for the pain you suffer, lost work, and your medical expenses. An attorney must discuss the case in detail to determine if you have a case, how strong the case is, and who are the people who should compensate you for your injury. I would be happy to speak with you about the situation. In my opinion, you should not proceed without a lawyer, or you will likely come up empty handed.
