Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

My family owns a cottage . 7 people own it the family. 1 person owns 57% of that cottage. My Question is can the person who owns 57% Force the other owners to sell out to him. Or can he force the sale of the cottage on his own to a outside party, with out our approval.

He can file a petition to partition which will force a sale of the real estate. During the process, any one of the owners can negotiate to buy out the others.
