Can your properties be taken away if your credit was ruined by real estate fraud in the past?

You may want to try to post a new question with more information. To answer the question I think you are asking, real estate may be subject to attachment or seizure in order to satisfy judgments. To answer the question you asked, no, your property cannot be taken away simply because your credit rating goes down.
