Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Massachusetts

Sexual Harassment or ''just kidding?'' from a friend

I swear my friend's husband has sex permanently on his mind. When we are all together, it's fine, but I am not confortable being alone in the same room with him. He looks for any opportunity to touch/kiss/hug. My husband and my friend tell me he's harmless and just kidding. If he is, then why isn't it funny to me? Am I selfish for complaining to my husband & friend? They said I hurt their feelings (I guess mine don't count), but I didn't tell them until I felt unsafe around him, even though I tried to good-naturedly tell I didn't like it. I didn't want to cause hard feelings, but now the whole thing has blown up, and somehow its my fault! And my friend STILL says he was just kidding and that I should have known. What am I supposed to do? Set up security cameras in my pantry to prove what he does??

I just need someone to explain to my husband and friend how ''just kidding'' is not kidding if I don't like it. Thanks in advance for any help.

Re: Sexual Harassment or ''just kidding?'' from a friend

This isn't really a legal question. All I can say is that your friend's behavior is not "harmless" if it makes you uncomfortable and anxious. There isn't much you can do about your husband's friends, but you certainly can deal with your husband - marriage counseling, separation or divorce.
