Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Massachusetts

Wills

I am keen to know how to gain access to a will in the US. My godfather died always promising a healthy return for me. I went to his funeral in Lenox, Mass. a year and a half ago, but being English assumed that I would be informed at some stage. I do suspect the nephews of some dirty work as everyone who knew my Godfather is amazed nothing has come my way. I am certainly not a money grabber but find it all quite odd and would like to know one way or another. Are wills published? is there a legal requirement to reveal the contents of a will on demand? How on earth do i find out?

Re: Wills

You should contact the Probate and Family Court in the County where your godfather resided at the time he passed away.

Assuming that the will was probated, it will be on file and is a public record.

Please feel free to contact me if I can be of any assistance to you in this matter.
