Legal Question in Tax Law in Massachusetts

if you are receiving short term disability payments at what rate is federal income tax withheld ? and is it supposed to be at the same tax rate as your regular paycheck?

Generally speaking, If the disability payments are taxable( which depends upon certain other factors), the payments are withheld according to your W-4.
