Tax Fraud

what is the punishement for an employee of the commonwealth of massachusetts commiting tax fraud state and federal for 4 years? NO he has not been caught.

There are both civil and criminal penalties at both the state and federal level which may attach to a person engaged in defrauding both the state and federal governments.;)

There are both Civil and Criminal Penalties. The fact someone is an employee of the Commonwealth will not change those penalties unless the court wants to make an example of them.
