Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts

Does the executor of a will have the right to give belongings in my parents will to someone not mentioned in the will. My parents will states all assets were to be divided equally amongst their four children.

Generally an Executor does not have the right to give away personal property of your parents if left to the four children unless it is not wanted by any of the children. However, some things may not be worth giving to the children such as old clothing which may not be of any real value or wanted by children.
