Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts

I am executrix for my brother's will. He resides in Massachusetts. His attorney said when the will is presented for probate I must have a list of the names and addresses of the children of my predeceased siblings. There are three siblings mentioned in the will as heirs but who are deceased and whose share reverts to the surviving one. There are three other siblings who died before the will was written.

Does this requirement just pertain to siblings who were named as heirs in the will and are now deceased or must I give this information for those three siblings who were deceased before the will was written and are not mentioned in the will.

Please advise me as to this requirement for the state of Massachusetts.

Thank you

My condolences on your loss.

I would tell your attorney about the 3 siblings who died before the Will was written but give only the information as to the children of the 3 mentioned in the Will.
