Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts
my father died and left his house in a family trust. my mother sold the house and put the money in a bank account titled "family trust" i suspect my brother has access to this account and has been using the money to live on. my mother is forgetful and i dont think she knows about this. what can i do to protect this money for my mother

you should talk to her and ask that you be listed as one of the persons that can access the account
also does she have a will and if so are you listed on it
