If you are left a house in a will is your spouse entitled to any portion of the value

Unless the house was left to you and your spouse together, you are presumably the exclusive owner of the house.

You don't mention in your question if this relates to divorce, but just in case it does, I should point out that all assets and property - including this house - will be considered when making a fair and equitable division of the marital estate.

No. But it would be counted as marital property by the Probate and Family court should either of you file for divorce. Good Luck!
