my father died and left a will. my brother is executor. do i have a right to see the will ? thanks

The Will needs to be filed with the local county probate court. If your brother is not showing it to you, then look for it at the courthouse.

Please accept my condolences on the loss of your Father.

You can ask your brother, or his attorney, for a copy of the Will, or simply view it at the Registry of Probate where it must be filed and becomes a public record.
