worker compasation was denied

im hurt my self at work and i still cant work. i was on light duty but feel cant work at all im still hurt and cant work. the company has light duty. but i feel i cant work at all. im still have back pain. and leg pain. do i have to go back to work even im still in alot of pain. ok jeanne

If you feel you can't work--not even light duty--and if your doctor agrees, then you should not work. Your subject line says that your claim for workmen's compensation has already been denied. Such "denial" can take many forms, but most likely you will need a Workers Comp lawyer to pursue your claim with the Industrial Accident Board for you.
