Is necessary check applicable Law in yous State. Sometimes is possible with electronic sign (registered at Authorized office) and sometimes is necessary an attachment. Sometimes is not possible.

The best procedure is for them to scan and email to you as an attachment. You can sign, scan and email back as an attachment, and also snail mail the original, keeping a copy for your files. It is not clear whether or not a solely email contract is enforceable, particularly under international law. It may be, but why take the chance if it is something you need or want. Nothing solid requires that much haste.
