illegitimate children

I have been accused of getting a girl pregnant from a one night stand in Mexico. Do I have any obligation and how do I know if its mine? Can she come after me?

She can pursue you in the US courts for child support. When that happens, be sure and ask for DNA testing. It might be the most worthwhile request you could make.
