Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Mexico

My husbands mother died in december of 06 and his father died Feb of 08. when he went home to mexico to bury his father a phycologist approach him to help him go through the grieving process. We have been having marrage issues as well. He came home from Mexico and this woman called him everyday to talk to him about issues he may be having. He went back to Mexico to finish paperwork on this families estate. She came to his parents house with beer and basicly seduced him. Is there any legal recourse that I can take? She has a medical degree in Mexico but not in the US

Well... Sometimes...

But you need a proof about malpractice: video, audio, papers, etc. Is not easy, but sometimes is possible.
