design protection
How can I protect my funky fleece hat designs from being copied by others? I design and make hats , and sell them to retailers. Bigger hat producing companies have their products made in low-wage countries and will be able to sell my designs for less then I do , if they steal my designs. How can I prevent this from happening without having to spend thousands of dollars in patent fees ?
