Need more details. Is this suit prusuant to a contract in which jursidiction is stated? Because there is a diversity of citizenship, a federal court would have jurisdiction. Primarily a lawyer would need to know the chain of events that have given rise to claims, extent of Iowa Corp's involvemment in MI and how are the parties related.

Feel free to call for a complete discussion.

Any attorney will say more information is needed. Is there a contract? Does it specify venue? What is the claim based on? Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
