Mortgage company problem
hello, I'm not sure how i should have addressed this question.But here goes. I have the biggest headache ever.Back in sept 08 my barn fell down,called the insurance company and pressto i had my check in a matter of days.Now the problem.The check was made out to myself and wife and mortgage company.Sent in check to mortgage company over night.so had a paper trail.Forgot to endorse it,so was sent back to me with a list of what was needed to return check to me.Sent in again with all needed to comply.this was the 1st of oct08.didnt hear anything for about 2 weeks,so called them again and was told they had no check.Had they sent it to me..And i said no,they said oh i hope so.Well to make the matter short they claim to have lost it.So again i call the insurance company who in turn canceled the first one.Made out another,sent it to me.I in turn endorsed and sent it on to mortage company.This was 4 nov 08.have called every monday since only to be told its being made out as we speak.Now at this time i have had many quotes from many to rebuild.and all building materal.Now have lapsed.And now that we have 15 inches of snow,I have many horses who are out in the winter mess.Have one very sick one.All because of this insane mess.Have to board a

Your question appears to be cut off. I would suggest you consult with a local real estate attorney on this. It seems very fact intensive.
