Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Michigan

I am 18 years of age living with my mother, still in school. I am also pregnant, and my mothers boyfriend is trying to kick me out of the house. He is on probation and still drinks, everyday. i was wondering if there was anything i could do about this situation???
