Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Michigan

i was assaulted after last call for alcohol the other night at a bowling alley. the suspects who hit me were cut off from drinks and had to leave. they then re-entered after last call and assaulted me. i dont know which suspect hit me. is there any chance i would have if i were to take the the bowling alley to court to get them to pay for my medical bills, as i dont have health ins.??
